EF Coaching Plus

My name is Sharon Weiss, and I am the founder of EF Coaching Plus. With over 38 years of experience in education, I have worked with students from pre-kindergarten through adulthood, helping them strengthen their executive functioning skills. I understand that each individual's journey is unique; I have faced challenges myself, but I learned to focus on my strengths, ultimately strengthening my own executive functioning skills and building resilience.

 

 Throughout my life, I have faced many hardships, including divorce, the loss of my son, a career change, and navigating today's dating world. These experiences made me realize that I needed to apply the strategies I had been teaching others to my own life. This discovery ignited my passion for supporting adults facing similar circumstances. I made it my mission to empower adults to identify their challenges and transform them into strengths by becoming a life coach.

 

 In today's fast-paced world, we all face numerous demands, and both men and women can benefit from coaching, practice, and guidance. Since starting my coaching practice, I have successfully helped many adults reach their potential. The success of my clients is a testament to the adaptability and effectiveness of my individual approach. I would love to help you succeed on your journey.

Through Zoom

We provide personalized appointments tailored to meet each client's unique needs. 

- The initial consultation is free and lasts about half an hour, allowing us to determine if we're a good fit. 

- Regular sessions are conducted hourly at a cost of $150. 

- Discounted packages for multiple sessions are available. 

- We offer flexible appointment times to accommodate your schedule.
