It was an honor to have Sharon Weiss on my radio show, as she stepped into a powerful new chapter of her coaching business.  Her story is one of extraordinary resilience, having walked through the pain of divorce and the unimaginable heartbreak of losing her eldest son. She still chooses to show up with purpose, strength and compassion for others,

As a former school administrator, she spent decades changing lives through her leadership, guidance and care for students, families, and staff. That same dedication now lives in the heart of her coaching work.

What stands out most about Sharon is not only what she has endured but how she has transformed her experiences into wisdom and a genuine desire to support others through their challenges.

Anyone fortunate enough to work with Sharon Weiss will find she is more than a coach.  She offers   a rare combination of lived experience, emotional depth, and professional integrity.
